Talked with our Holland America Personal Cruise Consultant yesterday and she found that our Scotland and Ireland cruise had a reduction in price and had been added to the Explore 4 option (drink package and Pinnacle Grill dinner). We lost the pre-paid gratuities and extra OBC but kept the reduction in airline price so we took the change in booking.
