We went to dinner in the main dining room tonight. I had the caprese salad and the haddock with clams and mussels. Chuck had the jerked pork. He said it was not spicy enough.
After dinner, we went to sets of both the Rolling Stone Rock Band and the BB King band. Fun night.
I got us coffee this morning from the Crow’s Nest and then we went to breakfast in the main dining room. (Sounds a lot like the first leg of this cruise – if it ain’t broken…)
After breakfast I stood in the long line at the Shore Excursions desk to check again about a refund for my two excursions that were cancelled. The answer – “Probably tomorrow.” My next visit may have to be Guest Services.
I then went to the Future Cruise Consultant’s desk. Fortunately, the line was short to talk with him. I got some information on the 2025 round trip Ft Lauderdale to the Amazon cruise.
Once those chores were done, I could concentrate on what to do with the rest of the day – art auction, trivia, bingo, tai chi? All fun activities, I am sure. Me? – I headed straight to the balcony with my book. Peaceful afternoon loving the sound of the ocean. Chuck enjoyed the camaraderie of the poker table. It was soon time for another dressy night.
